*** Synopsis ***

The United States Army Contracting Command- Warren (ACC-WRN), intends to award a three-year Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) requirements contract to Canadian Commercial Corporation and will be subcontracted to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM); General Dynamics Land Systems - Canada, Inc. (GDLS-C). This future requirement is in support of the Program Management Office of Light Armored Vehicles (FoLAV) for the System Technical Services (STS) / System Sustainment Technical Support (SSTS) supporting Fiscal Years (FY) 2019 through 2022. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. GDLS-C is the only know qualified source to perform this effort. The Request for Proposal (W56HZV-19-C-0122) shall be issued in the near future with an anticipated contract award date NLT 29 November 2019.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Contractors shall not submit proposals in response to this notice.
