(a) The Offeror must submit proposals to the FAA's Contract Division via internet to Curtis.fields@faa.gov and Khoshboo.F.Siddiqi@faa.gov Not Later Than 4:00 PM, E.S.T. on Monday 12/4/2023. All responses must be encrypted, and password protected. If any part of an Offeror's proposal, or modification thereto, is not received by the time and date specified, it will be considered late (NOTE: See FAAAMS 3.2.2.3-14 (April 2018), Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals).

Background
This contract is in support of the System of Airports Reporting (SOAR) and is a Request for Proposal (RFP) amendment. The contract aims to provide services related to the reporting system for airports.

Work Details
The tasks to be completed under this contract include:
- Packaging and marking of items for shipment
- Delivery of items Free on Board (FOB) destination
- Inspection and acceptance of deliverable items
- Submission of invoices via the Delphi eInvoicing web portal
- Compliance with electronic commerce and signature requirements
- Compliance with confidentiality of data and information requirements
- Support for Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) and forensics on contractor systems
- Compliance with the Privacy Act and reporting requirements under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be twelve (12) months commencing from the date of contract award, with options for extension up to seven (7) years.

Place of Performance
The place of performance will be determined based on the Job Control Numbers (JCNs) associated with specific locations where work will be performed.
