THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona, intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract with Cibola Information Systems, Inc. 11694 E. Calle Gaudi, Yuma, AZ, 85367-8815 for providing global positioning system integration and advanced navigation systems support for test programs conducted at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ. The period of performance will be for one base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541330 Engineering Services (Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons) with a size standard of $16.5M.
