System for Naval Target Control (SNTC) Logistics and Engineering Support Services   2

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Aerial Targets Program Office (PMA-208) Patuxent River, Maryland, awarded a sole source, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract N00019-24-C-0007 to Micro Systems, Inc., Fort Walton Beach, Florida on October 18, 2023. This contract includes logistics and engineering support services necessary to support the SNTC system and its components. This contract will include, but is not limited to 1) Perform and provide Engineering Investigations (EI) for fielded components; 2) Perform and provide Engineering Studies in support of SNTC activities; 3) Perform training in support of SNTC activities; 4) Support preparation of Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and their incorporation in support of fielded SNTC systems; 5) Provide software engineering and testing as required in support of SNTC components; 6) Provide programmatic, engineering, and logistics technical support for fielded activities; and 7) Provide necessary technical, financial and administrative data in support of contracted efforts. The period of performance includes a base period, beginning in October 2023 and ending in August 2024, with four one-year option periods.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements per Class
