Description

The purpose of this requirement is to acquire Synopsys TCAD Sentaurus Parallel License maintenace and support for 12 months. See attached combined synopsis and solicitation, Statement of Work and J&A for details.

The Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), under the Office of Secretary of Defense, is seeking to acquire Synopsys TCAD Sentaurus Parallel License maintenance and support for 12 months. DMEA utilizes Synopsys Design Environment Software tools for integrated circuit design flow. This contract aims to enhance their capabilities in running large-scale TCAD simulations efficiently.

Work Details
The contract requires the acquisition of Synopsys Sentaurus Parallel software module tool license for 12 months. This software module is essential for running large-scale TCAD simulations efficiently by reducing simulation time between experiments. The vendor must provide software maintenance and support for all products identified in Appendix A of SOW 22-2F9. The software module enhances Sdevice, Power Device, Sprocess, and Structure editor by enabling multiple cores for efficient simulation.
