Synopsis - Professional Land Survey Services MATOC

(a) Boundary surveys & land title abstracts, Retracement Surveys, ALTA Surveys;
(b) Creation of land tracts or parcels;
(c) Preparation of easements, legal descriptions for the transfer of land or easements, or metes & bounds descriptions;
(d) Identification of boundary discrepancies;
(e) Location of property improvements;
(f) Mapping of encroachments or other identified areas;
(g) Riparian surveys such as gradient boundary, thalweg, ordinary high water; mean high tide or mean higher high tide Cadastral Surveys;
(h) Littoral Surveys;
(i) Geodetic Control Surveys including 'Blue Booking' GNSS Observations and 1st and 2nd Order Vertical Leveling;
(j) Topographic Surveys for Engineering Design and Studies;
(k) Construction Surveys;
(l) Quantity Surveys;
(m) GIS Data Capture, Preliminary Mapping, Development, Maintenance, Project Tracking and Analysis;
(n) As-Built Surveys;
(o) Building Information Modeling (BIM) Surveys;
(p) All forms of Hydrographic Surveying both single and multi-beam;
(q) Sub Surface Utility location Surveys;
(r) Remote Sensing Surveys;
(s) Structural Deformation Surveys;
(t) Creating documents or maps required for zoning classifications;
(u) Providing title abstracts and reports that meet the DOJ Title Standards; and
(v) Other geospatial products.
