Synopsis - Office of People Analytics (OPA) Analytical Support for Research, Surveys, and Statistics   3

On behalf of the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), Office of People Analytics (OPA), the U.S. General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Assisted Acquisition Services Region 9, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (47QFPA23R0001), to obtain Analytical Support for the Office People Analytics Centers for Health & Resilience (H&R) and Retention & Readiness (R&R). This effort is dedicated to utilizing data to formulate, monitor, and refine policies and programs affecting the morale, health, well-being compensation, benefits, training, selection, assignments, readiness, and retention of DoD personnel and their families.

GSA intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract with a five-year ordering period. It is estimated that the solicitation will be released before March 2023 with responses due 30 or more days thereafter.
