Description

This contract action was isssued as firm fixed price delivery order and not awarded competitively. The base IDIQ was issued as sole source pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2), implemented by FAR 13.501(a) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements based on the required software license subscriptions must be compatible with Cadence propriety software design functions and tools to support the current Electronic Design Automation (EDA) infrastructure.
