This is a Synopsis Notification (SN) as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The items will be advertised for solicitation through the Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) website. To participate as a potential source, your company must be registered as a CHESS Contract Holder. The CHESS Program is the Army's designated primary source for Commercial IT. CHESS provides a no-fee flexible procurement strategy through which the Army can procure Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) IT hardware, software, and services. This process is authorized in accordance with Army Regulation 25-1 (Army Knowledge Management and Information Technology) and AFARS 5139.101-90(a)(1). Your company must be fully registered in CHESS (https://chess.army.mil/) and SAM.gov (https://sam.gov/content/home) in order to participate. All questions regarding the process or about site information must be referred to the applicable site in question.
