1/14/2022 - The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to revise Section 3.b. Professional Qualifications, and revise Section 5, Submission requirements. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

12/13/2021 - The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to revise Section 5, to include the submission date. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

12/2/2021 - The purpose of Amendment 1 is to revise the bidder inquiry key for ProjNet. All other terms and condition will remain the same.

The Offeror is required to submit its SF 330 on or before 06 January 2022 at 2:00 pm central time (local time) in accordance with the instructions found in the attached synopsis. The Government intends to award a target suite of 8 firm fixed price IDCs (three (3) Unrestricted (UNR) and five (5) Small Business (SB) awards) for a total of $98M in shared capacity, replacing existing IDCs for Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services Fuel Design and Inspection Services, Worldwide under NAICS 541330.

Task orders will be issued as the need arises during the ordering period. Task orders may be firm-fixed price as identified in the solicitation. The contractor is required to be registered under NAICS code 541330 in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https//www/sam.gov/SAM/.
