Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Indian Head, MD is issuing a synopsis to publicize its intentions to execute a sole-source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract award to Munters Corporation for dehumidifiers. The notice states that this is not a request for competitive quotations and does not obligate the government to award a contract.
