Description

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to modify contract N0001923C0001 APR-39 D(V)2/C(V)2 FRP3 FY23-25 Production and Engineering/Repair of Repairables Support. The purpose of this modification is to add scope to perform non-recurring engineering to include software and firmware integration including the development of the Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and test plan for the processor upgrade completed on order N0001919F4033.

This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis to Northrup Grumman System Corporation (NGSC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
