Synopsis for Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services - Israel   3

Background
The USTRANSCOM Acquisition Directorate anticipates issuance of a solicitation to provide Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services (ATGHS) at Ben Gurion International Airport and Ovda Air Base, Israel. The contractor shall provide ATGHS on behalf of the Air Mobility Command in support of the Department of Defense Airlift System to include all US Government owned or operated aircraft, US sponsored foreign government or civil aircraft, commercial contract aircraft, and commercial tendered aircraft.

Work Details
The contractor shall sustain a working Maximum on Ground capability of one aircraft. The period of performance includes One month Familiarization Training (1 Jul 23 through 31 Jul 23); an 11 month Base Period (1 Aug 23 – 31 Jul 24) and four one-year options (1 Aug 24 – 31 Jul 28), taking the total performance period to five years. A Request for Proposal will be available on https://sam.gov on or about 30 December 2022. This procurement will be a competitive best value source selection. Technical factors will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis.
