Synopses and Sole Source J&As for Multiple TSCM Requirements - 66th MI BDE

The purpose of this notice is to satisfy the public display and synopsis requirements of FAR 5.101 and FAR 5.203. The U.S. Army 66th Military Intelligence Brigade (66th MI) Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) team in Wiesbaden, Germany, anticipates upcoming requirements for the following sole-source items:

1. Two (2) MS99-MX-2 two talker Systems and four (4) MX-T8 kits; Sole Source Vendor: INTELLIGENT DEVICES LLC.
2. Two (2) MONARCH laptop systems with SCEPTRE-10G; Sole Source Vendor: 3dB LABS
3. Two (2) TTK Tactical TSCM Kits; Sole Source Vendor: RESEARCH ELECTRONICS INTERNATIONAL (REI) LLC

All items to be ordered will be delivered to US Army Garrison Wiesbaden, with an anticipated delivery of 60 days after receipt of order. Written solicitations are anticipated to be issued to the vendors listed above on/about 9 August 2022, with anticipated award dates on/about 1 September 2022.

The requisite Justification and Approval (J&A) documents for each of these purchases is attached. The POC for these purchases is listed on this posting.
