Synchro Resolver Standard   2

Background
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Metrology and Calibration Program has a requirement to procure Synchro Resolvers (S/R) Standards compatible with IEEE-488 GPIB. The Synchro Resolvers S/R in the NAVAIR inventory are used to calibrate Digital Angle Indicators and various test sets. An S/R compatible with IEEE-488 GPIB can be programmed to run automated Instrument Calibration Procedures (ICPs) reducing the time it takes to calibrate a test instrument (TI).

Work Details
The scope of this effort is to procure up to 135 Synchro Resolver Calibration Standards Specifications (CSS) FY18-PAX-0002 and associated training and installation. The SRS shall conform to Class 4 requirements as specified in MIL-PRF-28800 for Navy shipboard and shore-based laboratory use. The SRS electrical power sources and connections shall operate from a source of 103.5V to 126.5V at 50 Hz and 60 Hz ±5% single-phase input power.

Period of Performance
This IDIQ consists of a five (5) year ordering period beginning on the date of contract award and expiring five (5) years thereafter.

Place of Performance
The product will be delivered to NAVAIR ISS FACILITY LOU CERRILLO BLDG 612, BAY 9 CALSTDS MCAS BEAUFORT BEAUFORT SC 29904-5010, and NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER CAL LAB MANAGER 22113 FORTIN CIRCLE BLDG 1403 PATUXENT RIVER MD 20670-1118.
