SW - Xilinx Vivado

Background
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Shared Services Center is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the renewal of maintenance and support for Xilinx Vivado licensing.
The goal of this contract is to ensure continued access to software patches, support, and upgrades necessary for the Research and Engineering Directorate at the Glenn Research Center (GRC).

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance and support for the current Vivado licensing previously procured under PO#80NSSC23P8811.
This includes:
1. Renewal of maintenance and support for one year.
2. Provision of software patches, support, and upgrades from the vendor.
3. Required details in the bid include CAGE/UEI code, FOB destination, lead time for delivery, and point of contact name & email.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is for one year from the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the John H. Glenn Research Center, Neil Armstrong Test Facility, with options for on-site or teleworking.
