Background
The solicitation is issued by the United States Secret Service Police (USSSP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the replacement of SUV tires. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary tire replacements for vehicles used by the agency, ensuring operational readiness and safety. This solicitation is unrestricted. The government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a duration of five years, including a base year and four option years.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying replacement tires for SUVs utilized by the USSSP. The specific tasks include:

1. Providing high-quality tires that meet or exceed OEM specifications for performance and safety.
2. Ensuring timely delivery of tires to designated locations as specified in individual task orders under the IDIQ contract.
3. Maintaining compliance with all applicable federal regulations regarding tire safety and performance standards.
4. Offering support services related to tire installation and maintenance as required by the agency.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period, consisting of one base year and four optional years.
