Amendment 01 is issued for the following changes: Amend CSS_W911S225QA002, Provide revision to Attachment 1 PWS, provide revision to Attachment 2 Automation Requirements, provide revision to Attachment 3 Anticipated Workload, provide revision to Attachment 4 Wage Determination, Provide Attachment 6 RFI Questions and Answers, provide revision to Exhibit 1 Pricing Schedule. Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for Sustainment Support and Analysis Teams (SSAT). See attached document CSS_W911S225QA002 Amendment 0001, Attachments and Exhibits. This requirement is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. To submit a quote, follow all instructions in document CSS_W911S225QA002 Amendment 0001. This amendment includes the following changes, removal of the Family Readiness and Support Assistance position, extending the closing date, extending the question due date, RFI Questions and Answering attachment, updating the Wage Determination and corrections to the submission emails found on the bottom of the Past Performance Evaluation sheet.

Background
The U.S. Army has a requirement for Sustainment Support and Analysis Teams (SSAT) to assist the 10th Mountain Division G1 and G4 at Fort Drum, NY. This contract is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The mission of the 10th Mountain Division includes managing personnel operations and logistics operations, which are critical for maintaining the division's readiness.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Human Resources (HR) management and personnel actions analysis, as well as sustainment support within the 10th Mountain Division G1. Additionally, they will handle data procurement, analysis, and presentation of logistical functional areas within the G4. Key tasks include:

- Equipment Readiness analysis and support
- Maintenance Operations analysis and support
- Asset Visibility analysis and support
- Supply Management analysis and support
- Transportation Operations analysis and support
- Human Resources analysis and support
- Family Readiness and Support assistance.

The contractor must ensure professional execution of these tasks in alignment with the missions of G1 and G4.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026, with options for additional periods extending to January 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Drum, NY, specifically at BLDG 4486 CONTRACTS, CAMP SWIFT RD.
