Sustainment Operations of Applications BPA

***It is the policy of the Government to place a fair portion of its acquisitions with small business concerns. The agency desires to meet socio-economic goals through this procurement. With 50% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and 50% Set-Aside to Small Business (SB)- for Sustainment Operations for Applications based services.**** The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is issuing this competitive request for quotes (RFQ) for Sustainment Operations for Applications support services.. This is being posted to GSA eBuy MAS 54151S Schedule holders for a multiple award 60-month Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), base and years included. USDA anticipates to award 6 BPAs. Anticipated 3 to Small Disadvantaged Business and 3 to Small Business. BPA Calls under the BPA (5-year) will be firm-fixed price (FFP) contracts. The Agency will conduct this acquisition using FAR Part 8.4.
