Amendment Two (2). The purpose of this amendment is to provide an updated attachment, Attachment 5 Pricing Schedule. All changes are highlighted in yellow.

Amendment One (1). The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to 17 February 2022 and to provide answers to Industry questions as an attachment, Attachment 6 - Answers to Industry Questions. This amendment also provides the following updated Addendum to FAR 52.212-1; Addendum to FAR 52.212-2; Performance Work Statement (PWS) - SBL Experimentation, Analysis and Prototyping Support Services; Task Ordering Procedures; List of Attachments; Attachment 1 - DD Form 254; Attachment 2 - MSSPIX Assessment and ALPA Experimentation Support Services Sample PWS; Attachment 3 - Experimentation and BLCSE System Administration and Facility Support Services Sample PWS; and Attachment 5 - Pricing Schedule. All changes are highlighted in yellow.

The Army Futures Command (AFC), Sustainment Capabilities Development and Integration (SCDID), Sustainment Battle Lab (SBL), Fort Lee, Virginia, requires experimentation, analysis and prototyping support services. For further details, please see attached solicitation with applicable attachments.

Set-Aside: This requirement is set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSBs) with the applicable NAICS Code of 541715 Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) with a size standard of 1,000 employees.

RFP Details: The Government intends on awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The ordering period will be for five (5) years, on or about 1 March 2022 through 28 February 2027. For further details, please see attached solicitation with applicable attachments.
