Sustaining Engineering Services in Support of the Advanced Architecture Phase, Amplitude and Time Simulator (A2PATS Follow-On)

Background: This contract is a sole source effort with Textron Systems (CAGE 97384) to provide engineering sustainment support services for Textron Systems’ products and related support equipment in the AFLCMC/WNY Electronic Warfare Avionics Integration Support Facility (EWAISF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) B231. The contract is in support of the Advanced Architecture Phase, Amplitude and Time Simulator (A2PATS) network.

Details: The engineering services required include offsite repair of all A2PATS Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) and components, A2PATS technology refreshes consisting of both hardware and software updates, system familiarization, parts obsolescence resolution, provision for basic test equipment, on-call support, onsite support when required, procurement of A2PATS Maintenance cabinets, Stimulus cabinets, A2 Desktop Recorder/Injector (A2DRI), Synthetic Stimulus Instruments (SSI) or CCAs contained therein, and A2PATS spares kits.

Period of Performance: The period of performance for this contract is 60 months.

Place of Performance: The services will be performed at the AFLCMC/WNY Electronic Warfare Avionics Integration Support Facility (EWAISF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) B231.
