Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape and Personnel Recovery Training and Training Services   3

The Government intends to issue solicitation H92240-19-R-0007 for Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape and Personnel Recovery (SERE/PR) Training and Training Support Services. Requirement involves training and training support services, including curriculum and logistics support, for four SERE/PR training courses to be held up to a total of thirty-four (34) times a year. The Government intends to pursue a five-year firm-fixed priced contract to satisfy requirements and the solicitation will be competed on an unrestricted/full and open basis. Performance locations are Southern California (Imperial Beach, Camp Michael Monsoor, Lake Morena County Park, and Cleveland National Forest Mount Laguna) and Kodiak, Alaska. The Government intends to issue a solicitation in the 4th quarter of Government fiscal year 2019. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for solicitation issuance. The responsibility of monitoring the Federal Business Opportunities website is the responsibility of the interested party and the Government is under no obligation to provide additional notice of solicitation outside the Federal Business Opportunities website. Any solicitation, if issued, will be issued under solicitation number H92240-19-R-0007.

Interested parties are not required to submit any capability statement, written expression of interest or proposal for these services at this time. Interested parties shall submit questions and proposals only when the Government issues a formal solicitation.
