Questions and Answers, DRAFT Request For Proposal (RFP)

The purpose of this posting is to address questions raised by interested parties prior to releasing the formal solicitation. The attached Questions and Answers (Q&A) contains inquiries submitted in response to this agency's 23-May-19 Draft RFP. Please review this agency's response and provide any follow-up questions or comments in accordance with the attached Q&A Instructions. Decisions are still pending for a few inquiries. Depending on the proximity of the time in which a decision is reached to the anticipated solicitation release date, this agency may not issue a supplemental Q&A posting.

The formal solicitation, however, will incorporate changes that are the net result of all presolicitation input and decisions. The formal solicitation and any subsequent amendments will take precedence over all presolicitation postings under Request for Information #FA3002-18-RFI-SERE_ECAC.
