Survey Vessel (S/V) Swart Hull Coating   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, is issuing this solicitation for the Survey Vessel (S/V) SWART Hull Coating. The mission of the agency is to ensure the integrity and functionality of its vessels, which includes maintaining and repairing hull and rudder cavitation damage. The goal of this contract is to procure services that will provide necessary repairs and protective coatings for the S/V SWART.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all services, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, and incidentals necessary to repair hull and rudder cavitation damage on the S/V SWART. This includes applying two protective coatings as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor must demonstrate their facility's capability to drydock or lift the vessel out of the water and ensure that their facility is within 120 miles by land of the S/V SWART's homeport located at Wilmington Marine Center, 3410 River Road, Wilmington, NC 28412.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at a facility within 120 miles by land of Wilmington Marine Center, Wilmington, NC.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be registered with no active or inactive exclusions listed. They must provide evidence that their facility can drydock or lift the vessel out of water. Additionally, bidders should meet all technical requirements outlined in the SOW to be considered acceptable.
