Surgical Sterilizer

Background
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) on behalf of the Army Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier, specifically for the Soldier Medical Devices (SMD) Project Management Office (PMO). The goal of this contract is to procure a Surgical Sterilizer to support military medical operations.

Work Details
The requirement is for a Surgical Sterilizer. The Statement of Work (SOW) includes the following specifications:

- All topologies must include a topology date, CCSD (preferably near premise router), and IP addresses for all devices within the enclave.
- Specific devices must include additional information:
- Firewalls must specify manufacturer, model, and software/firmware version.
- Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) must specify manufacturer, model, and software/firmware version.
- Servers must indicate server function (e.g., OWA, Web Server) and operating system with the most updated Service Pack installed.
- Workstations must indicate operating system with the most updated Service Pack installed.

The Enclave and Network Infrastructure should comply with DoD-level policies, procedures, and guidance.
