Background
The Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Surgical Scrub Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure the provision and maintenance of automated scrub dispensing machines and scrub rental services to support the medical center's operations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to install and maintain four (4) automated scrub dispensing machines and eight (8) automated return units. This includes:
- Installation, programming, stocking, and maintenance of the dispensing machines and return units located throughout the Lebanon VA Medical Center.
- Provision of a loss/replacement program for scrubs, including laundering and restocking of dispensers.
- Management of an automated dispensing and scrub rental program, ensuring all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and technical expertise are provided.
- Tracking weekly usage of garments via an electronic monitoring system and providing reports upon request.
- Ensuring compliance with infection control standards during laundering processes.
- Providing hygienically clean scrubs that are individually folded and packaged. The contractor must also manage the delivery schedule for scrubs three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays).

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 10, 2026, through May 9, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Lebanon VA Medical Center located at 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon PA 17042.
