Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a Contractor to provide full leasing, preventative maintenance, and repair services for scopes for surgical use. The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is undertaking renovations to convert a non-medical facility into the new Tulsa VA Medical Center (VAMC). This project necessitates the acquisition of surgical scopes for procedures, as there are currently no scopes available at this facility. The contract aims to ensure the safe, effective, and standardized deployment of Urology ENT equipment.

Work Details
The contractor will provide full leasing, preventative maintenance, and repair services for surgical scopes and accompanying equipment. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering surgical scopes and related equipment to the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS).
- Providing written certification from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorizing the contractor to supply and assemble the products.
- Ensuring that all repairs and services are performed according to OEM specifications to maintain warranty coverage.
- Conducting preventative maintenance and repair services by OEM certified personnel.
- Submitting equipment service reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) confirming completion of maintenance and repairs, which will be used to monitor contract performance.
