Surgical Scope Lease and Maintenance

Background
The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is undergoing renovations to convert a non-medical facility into the new Tulsa VA Medical Center (VAMC). This facility requires new surgical scopes for procedures, as there are currently no scopes available. The contract aims to ensure the safe, effective, and standardized deployment of Urology ENT equipment.

Work Details
The contractor will provide full leasing, preventative maintenance, and repair services for surgical scopes used in Urology and ENT procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering surgical scopes and accompanying equipment to EOVAHCS.
- Providing written certification from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) that authorizes the contractor to provide and assemble the products.
- Ensuring that all repairs and services are performed according to OEM specifications to maintain warranty coverage.
- Conducting preventative maintenance and repair services by OEM certified personnel.
- Submitting equipment service reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) confirming completion of maintenance services.
- Meeting critical minimum requirements for equipment features as specified in the solicitation, including compatibility with existing systems and specific technical characteristics.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance for this contract shall begin on September 1st, 2026, and shall expire on August 31st, 2027.

Place of Performance
Tulsa VA Medical Center (VAMC) and Muskogee VAMC.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate capability to meet specified requirements including:
- Professional quality recognized by commercial industry standards.
- Written certification from OEM for product assembly.
- Ability to repair/service equipment per OEM specifications.
- Experience in providing similar leasing and maintenance services.
