Medical Readiness Contracting Office-East, Womack Army medical Center, Fort bragg, NC, Department of Anesthesia Services has a Sole Source requirement for a 36-month follow-on contract for continued use of CensiTrac, Instrument Tracking Subscription service contract for the Government-Owned Censis Instrument Tracking System (to include emergency maintenance services) and handheld scanners for the Sterile Processing Division at Womack Army Community Hospital, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

This requirement is being sole sourced to Censis Technologies, Ic. due to all Versions of CensiTrac, including
but not limited to InstrumenTrac, ScopeTrac Advanced, CensiMark, LoanerLink, OR Scheduler, and Service+ are engineered, programmed, and the sole property of Censis Technologies, Inc. No other entity may sell, market, maintain, or train on Censis
products without the express written consent of Censis Technologies, Inc. Censis Technologies, Inc. is the sole provider of CensiTrac for the North American market.

Background
The Department of Operative Anesthesia Services at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) is seeking to continue the surgical instrument tracking system services for Sterile Processing. This contract aims to ensure compliance with regulations and improve infection control through automated tracking of surgical instruments and equipment.

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Office intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract for a performance period of approximately 36 months, specifically for the continued use of the CensiTrac Instrument Tracking Subscription service provided by Censis Technologies, Inc., which is the sole provider of this system in North America.

Work Details
The contractor will provide real-time tracking and visibility throughout the entire perioperative loop, from decontamination to the Operating Room (O.R.) and back. Key tasks include:
1) Providing software licensing, security, upgrades, and maintenance for the Military Treatment Facility (MTF);
2) Offering access to a Clinical Education team or assessment reporting tools to identify knowledge gaps;
3) Assisting in annual risk assessments for quality assurance initiatives;
4) Delivering 24/7 support and ongoing training;
5) Performing all tasks as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will not supervise or control its employees' methods but must manage them effectively while avoiding any perception of personal services.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Womack Army Community Hospital located at 2817 Reilly Road, Building 4, Fort Bragg, NC 28310.
