Surface Training Readiness Management System

This reference is made to the proposal submitted by Progeny System Corporation in response to Solicitation Number N6134022R0074. You are hereby notified that Progeny System Corporation was awarded a $26,340,567.00 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract including options. This contract provides for the Surface Training Readiness Management System (STRMS) design, development and delivery of the STRMS production build, the integration of STRMS into various Navy network, development of a mobile STRMS application and annual software upgrades, and support as the system software is fielded throughout the fleet. Work to be performed at contractor facility; however, delivered to installation locations of designated afloat and ashore platforms. Work expected to be completed in January 2028. Options will be in accordance with FAR 52.217-7 and obligated according to the terms and conditions of the contract. This contract was not awarded competitively and/or was not fixed-price as it is a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase III effort awarded directly to Progeny System Corporation whom completed Phase I and Phase II.
