Support to Department of the Air Force Chief Architect’s Office

Provide engineering, management, technical support, and operational expertise to the Department of the Air Force
(DAF) Chief Architect's Office (CAO) for the improvement of architectures required by the United States Air Force
(USAF) and the United States Space Force (USSF) to accomplish their assigned missions. This support will enable the
DAF/CAO to capture existing architectures, expose capability gaps within those architectures, and identify candidate
technologies to close those capability gaps. Applying Systems Thinking to decompose the technology stack and the
operational need. Assess various technologies to understand: the potential applicability to operations, develop
recommendations, and identify areas of future research and joint-service collaboration. This includes components such
as:
-Architecture design and analysis
-Design and implementation of the digital twin models to support digital engineering efforts
-Identification, integration and evaluation of emerging or alternative technologies
-Identification, integration and evaluation of relevant Dual Use technologies
-Identification, integration and evaluation of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) solutions
