The purpose of this contract is to provide the Centers Support Services. Background
The USDA Forest Service Job Corps Civilian Conservation Centers (JCCCC) provide academic, vocational, and life-learning skills to at-risk youth and young adults at 24 Job Corps Centers across the United States. This contract aims to provide support services essential for successful center operations, addressing challenges such as recruitment and attrition rates, labor market conditions, and staffing needs.

The initiative is part of a broader effort to improve staffing effectiveness and ensure that JCCCC has access to a network of support staffing services to meet temporary staffing needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following support services: 3 Social Services Assistants (SSA), 1 Cook, and 1 Maintenance Worker. Responsibilities include ensuring continuous oversight of personnel, detecting indicators of identity fraud or workforce integrity risks, and maintaining compliance with eligibility and performance requirements.

The contractor must also ensure timely removal and replacement of personnel when directed by the government, maintain workforce integrity, and comply with reporting requirements specified in the contract.
