Notice of Issuance, Modification P00023: ONR (Office of Naval Research) awarded a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract Modification increasing the ceiling for Contract N00014-19-C-4002 from $15.8M to $16.3M for the procurement of Contingent Labor in support of in support of labor in support of two large requirements added to the OPNAV N975 portfolio:

1. OPNAV N975 Subsea and Seabed Warfare Security Program

2. Expanded Requirement Decision Memorandum (RDM) development under the OPNAV N975 Tactical Submarine Evolution Plan

Contract N00014-19-C-4002 was originally awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract to Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) on 7 December 2018. The award was made against N00014-19-R-SS03 titled Support Services for the Submarine Security Program for OPNAV N97 (SSTP/S3P) , dated 15 October 2018. The original contract is for Support Services for the Submarine Security Program for OPNAV N97 (SSTP/S3P) and was procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
