Systems Planning & Analysis, Inc. (SPA) (2001 N Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA, 22311), is awarded a $1,526,176.76 cost-plus-fixed-fee level-of-effort contract (N0003025C1037) for Nuclear Weapons Surety NWS in the areas of policy, planning, analytical support to security, training, compliance, NWS incident response and safety engineering.
