U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement intends to award a sole source Task Order (TO) - containing Firm-Fixed Price and Labor-Hour Contract Line Items - under the authority from FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), "Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized." As the proprietor of the ProLink configuration-based integration tool, Procentrix Corporation, Inc. is the source with the services and access required to provide mission-critical Operations and Maintenance Support Services for ICE's existing Customer Relationship Management Systems during the Pilot Period
