Background
The United States Department of Justice (DOJ), through its Justice Management Division, is modifying an existing contract with Amentum Services Inc. to support the Criminal Division's International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) and Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT).

The goal is to ensure continuity of mission-critical services worldwide.

Work Details
The contractor provides logistical support for ICITAP and OPDAT programs globally.

For ICITAP, this includes furnishing overseas administrative, logistical, professional, and technical labor, supplies, equipment, facilities, and materials to promote foreign police agencies committed to the rule of law.

For OPDAT, the contractor supports U.S.-based study tours for foreign delegations by managing logistics such as airfare, hotels, and ground transportation.

The contract modification is necessary due to increased funding needs from primary funders like the State Department's Bureau of Counter Terrorism and the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a one-year base period and six one-year option periods. The modification extends through Option Period 4 (August 1, 2024 – July 31, 2025), Option Period 5 (August 1, 2025 – July 31, 2026), and Option Period 6 (August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027).
