THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR A PROPOSED COST-PLUS-FIXED-FEE CONTRACT WITH A TOTAL PERFORMANCE PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS CONSISTING OF A ONE YEAR BASE AND FOUR OPTION YEARS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF ENGINEERING SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE MULTIPLE LAUNCH ROCKET SYSTEM (MLRS) LAUNCHER INSTRUMENTATION DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM AND THE MLRS FAMILY OF MUNITIONS WEAPONS SIMULATOR.
