This amendment is being issued to provide further clarification on instructions in the solicitation. Specifically, invoicing terms, evaluation factor importance, and page limits are addressed in the attached SF-30. Offerors must return this form with their information and acceptance by the solicitation due date of 03/07/12 at 5:00pm EST. This form shall be submitted via email to michael.nordlund@ic.fbi.gov and does not need to be submitted in the same communication as the offeror's proposal.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for a multiple award, hybrid Firm-Fixed Price/Labor Hour Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a partial small business set aside. The contract shall be for support and consulting services for Microsoft products and projects related to Microsoft products.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is 412287. The North American Industry Classification System code is 511210.
Offers are to be received no later than March 5, 2012, at 9:00 AM (EST) by Michael Nordlund, Contract Specialist, Federal Bureau of Investigation, 935 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Room CC-3, Washington, DC. with reference to RFP #412287.
The awardees shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at (www.ccr.gov).
All requests for clarifications (RFCs) concerning the RFP are due within 5 business days after initial solicitation release. Email is the only acceptable method of submission. The Government will not provide any information concerning RFCs in response to telephone calls or mailed/faxed copies from Offerors. RFCs should be sent to the email address of the Contract Specialist. Responses to the RFCs will be made in a single amendment posting following the conclusion of the deadline for RFC submission.
