Background
The Embassy of the United States in Islamabad is inviting quotations for the Supply of Parts for Intercom. The contract involves supplying various parts including POWER DISTRIBUTION UNIT, COAX PATCH CORD, FIBER OPTIC CABLE, PATCH PANEL, PATCH CABLE, POE SWITCH, CAT6 CABLE, HDMI EXTENDER, LCD DISPLAY, ETHERNET SWITCH, UPS, BATTERY POWER SUPPLY, PROCESSOR, LCD CONTROLLER, POWER SUPPLY, DIGITAL AUDIO PLATFORM, DUAL-CHANNEL MIC/LINE INPUT CARD, DUAL-CHANNEL POWER AMPLIFIER OUTPUT CARD, GOOSENECK MICROPHONE, BOUNDARY MICROPHONE, CONTROL 25 SPEAKER, AUDIO AMPLIFIER and DUAL-CHANNEL MIC/LINE OUTPUT. The required quantities and units for each item are also specified. Additionally, there are specific terms and conditions for submission of quotations including providing technical specification sheets along with pictures of offered equipment/parts and compliance with National Defense Authorization Act-889.

Period of Performance
Delivery must be made in full within 30 days after receiving the Purchase Order.
