Supply of Chilled Water Pump

Background
The U.S. Embassy in London is seeking to procure a chilled water pump including the motor for the HVAC system. The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation of the embassy's cooling systems by replacing an existing pump with a like-for-like equivalent.

Work Details
The contractor will supply a chilled water pump and motor that meets the following specifications:
- General Description: Paco pump by Grundfos or a technically equivalent product.
- Flow rate: 122 L/S.
- Total Dynamic Head (TDH): 333 Kpa.
- Pump pressure rating: 16 bar minimum.
- Suction flange: 8”, 125# ANSI.
- Discharge flange: 6”, 250# ANSI.
- Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)-Rated motor, 415 Volt, 3 PH, 50 Hz.

- The pump and motor must be identical to the existing equipment to avoid modifications to current piping and service; otherwise, full refunds will be required.

- The contractor must provide detailed specifications, data sheets, and drawings showing dimensions with their quotation.

- Delivery includes shipping to U.S. Embassy, London.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed following the award date until the completion of delivery and installation as specified in the contract.

Place of Performance
U.S. Embassy, 33 Nine Elms Lane, London, SW11 7US.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide full specifications of the chilled water pump and motor, warranty details (minimum one year), manufacturer certification ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO, CE, UL, ANSI), evidence of an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing, and a signed & completed SF-18.
