Background
The International Trade Administration (ITA), an agency within the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), is playing a leading role in the U.S. government on supply chain analysis and resilience. Such activities are led by ITA’s Industry & Analysis (I&A) business unit, which plays a central role in identifying risks and opportunities for the growth of U.S. industries and the critical supply chains that underpin competitiveness and national security.

Work Details
This Statement of Work (SOW) aims to procure a modern, standalone, and web-based platform to support the data and assessment needs of the supply chain workstreams, especially that of reactive analysis and persistent scanning. The platform would be regularly utilized directly by analysts across I&A. Users across I&A would use the platform as a primary resource for both long-run and quick-turn analyses, requiring the ability to gain actionable insights immediately and independently.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall include a base and two one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
Work by the Contractor shall be performed where the Contractor regularly performs work duties and responsibilities.
