Background
The U.S. Embassy in Manila is seeking quotations for the supply and delivery of mobile phones and accessories.
This contract aims to procure essential communication devices that align with the embassy's operational needs, ensuring that all products meet specific technical specifications and compliance requirements.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items to be supplied:
1. Mobile Phone, Apple iPhone 17 or equivalent, Storage Capacity: 256GB, Color: Black - Quantity: 41 units
2. Phone Case with Magsafe for iPhone 17, Color: Clear - Quantity: 41 each
3. Screen Protector for iPhone 17 (Tempered Glass) - Quantity: 41 each
4. 40W Power Adapter for iPhone 17 - Quantity: 41 each
All units must be enrolled in ABM prior to delivery.
The total cost should include shipping to the U.S. Embassy Manila, Seafront Compound, Pasay City, and must comply with NDAA regulations.

Period of Performance
Delivery is expected to be completed by July 6, 2026.

U.S. Embassy Manila, Seafront Compound, Pasay City, Philippines.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure that all products are of domestic origin unless otherwise indicated.
For offshore vendors, items must originate outside of the Philippines and follow Incoterm Deliveries Duties Paid (DDP).
Additionally, vendors are required to submit photos and specifications of each proposed item.
