- Delivery Location: US Military Academy SSA Warehouse BLDG 917 Washington Road West Point, NY 10996. Delivery must occur between the hours of 0730-1600. F.O.B. destination is required, and offers submitted on a basis other than F.O.B. destination will be rejected as nonresponsive. Preferred delivery time is within 30 days.

Period of Performance
Delivery is preferred within 30 days from the date of order.
