Suite of Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasures   4

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) intends to procure Suite of Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasure (SIRFC) components and related services using a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) Indefinite Delivery -Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated contract will cover components and related services for both the AN/ALQ-136 and AN/ALQ-211 systems. The proposed source is Harris Corporation, 77 River Road, Clifton, NJ 07014. The associated NAICS code is 336413.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capabilities statements or proposals received within the closing date set in this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
