Background
The 92d Contracting Squadron at Fairchild AFB, WA has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation for substation maintenance services. The solicitation is for commercial items and will utilize the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310 Commercial and Industry Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5M and PSC J061 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Electric Wire and Power Distribution. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

Work Details
The contract requires maintenance services to be performed on two power substations in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The services include Semi-Annual Substation Maintenance Services, Annual Substation Maintenance Services, 2 Year Substation Maintenance Services, 5 Year Substation Maintenance Services, 12 Year Substation Maintenance Services, Service Calls (Estimated), and Parts and Labor.

The period of performance for all services is from April 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024. Additionally, there are options for Semi-Annual Substation Maintenance Services, Annual Substation Maintenance Services, Service Calls (Estimated), and Parts and Labor for the periods from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025 and from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for all services is from April 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024. There are also options for additional periods from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025 and from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fairchild AFB in Washington.
