Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, intends to award multiple Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) type contracts for the requirement entitled "SAMHSA Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ)". Each contract will be five years. Task Orders will be awarded under each IDIQ contract on a performance based basis. SAMHSA is issuing a draft statement of work with the description of Domains that we intend to have on the SAMHSA IDIQ. This information is being provided to the field for a period of time to allow organization to review and provide comments on the document.

Tasks are anticipated in the following seven (7) domains:

Domain I Feasibility, Pilot and Evaluation Projects
Domain II Statistical Projects
Domain III Policy Analysis and Program Related Projects

Domain IV Communication Projects
Domain V Technical Assistance and Training Projects

Domain VI Medical Clinical Practice Improvement Projects
Domain VII Planning, Implementation and Report Support Projects

When is it issued as a solicitation each domain will have its own NAICS Code. As with the current SAMHSA IDIQ there will be a large and small size for all domains with the exception of Domain VII will be set aside for Small Business in the 8(a) Program and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

The comments will be reviewed by SAMHSA and a determination will be made on whether to revise the Statement of Work based on the comment received. It is the intent to issue an RFP on this requirement in September 2016.
