Amendment 0001: Revise closing date for this solicitation posting to 10/13/2020.

Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the material and travel estimates in Section L 4.0 (3)(A) and Section L 4.0 (3)(B).

Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to revise L-227-H001 SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND CMMI OR

EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE (NAVSEA) (OCT 2018) paragraph (b) to reference 36 months, instead of 24

months. This solicitation end date is extended to 14:00 20 October 2020.

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award, on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) , a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract to Systems Engineering Associates Corporation (SEACORP), CAGE Code 2V276, Middletown, RI. This requirement is to support the continued development, upgrade, and application of the CSA-PI Data Interface (CDI) software after completion of Phase II SBIR contract N68335-19-C-0146. SEACORP owns, and has full rights to the data that was developed under previous Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) efforts.

The closing date for receipt of proposal is 10/13/2020.
