Submarine Peculiar Special and Support Equipment (PSSE) Support Services for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center

Background
The contract is for Submarine Peculiar Special and Support Equipment (PSSE) Support Services for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) located in Norfolk, VA.

This requirement will be competed under the Seaport-NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC), which incorporates all clauses from the SeaPort-NxG IDIQ contract. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive technical support services for PSSE, ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of submarine support equipment.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide technical support services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1) Providing PSSE Program Engineering Services to Commander, Naval Submarine Force Atlantic (COMSUBLANT);
2) Advising on PSSE life cycle costs;
3) Collecting and reporting PSSE condition reports;
4) Conducting periodic site assessments;
5) Maintaining a master schedule of PSSE needs;
6) Collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve technical issues;
7) Supporting logistics for non-ordnance handling;
8) Ensuring compliance with maintenance and certification standards.

The contractor must also manage personnel effectively, ensuring that staffing aligns with the requirements detailed in the SOW.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), Naval Station Norfolk, BLDG LF-18, 9727 Avionics Loop, Norfolk, VA 23511. Work may also occur on U.S. Naval Ships in port and underway, Navy public and commercial shipyards, and other specified locations.
