The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for Q-Band Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) amplifier modules in support of the Submarine High Data Rate (SubHDR) System, as detailed in the attached solicitation.

The contract type is anticipated to be a five-year, Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinitely Quantity (ID/IQ) hardware contract with Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) provisions.

This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The purpose of amendment 0001 is to extend offeror due date from 04/26/2021 at 2:00 PM EST to 05/07/2021 at 2:00 PM EST.
