5. Performing static and dynamic load tests, with sponsorship for testing provided;
6. Conducting post-NDT Inspection following testing completion;
7. Ensuring the vessel has a Diver’s Staging Area equipped for launching and recovering divers, meeting U.S. Navy Diving Manual requirements;
8. Compliance with System Security Plan (SSP) reviews within thirty days of contract award, addressing any deficiencies identified during reviews;
9. Implementing NIST SP 800-171 security requirements including multi-factor authentication, least privilege access controls, and monitoring remote access sessions.

Period of Performance
The charter period is set for 183 days with an option for an additional 182-day period, commencing on February 18, 2025.
